When you place an order, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, phone number, and shipping or delivery address as part of checkout. We receive this information from Stripe to fulfill your order, provide order status updates, and keep business records. If you reach out to us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share (e.g. your email address).
How we use it
- To build and deliver your order, including coordinating local pickup or delivery
- To send you order confirmation and status updates by email
- To respond to questions or support requests
- To keep records required for our business and tax purposes
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site and checkout work: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (order and account data storage), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices covering how they handle data on our behalf.

We keep order records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes.
