These terms apply to purchases made on rusticridgeworkshop.com, operated by Rustic Ridge Designs LLC (“we,” “us”), based in Perkasie, PA.

Made-to-order pieces

Everything we sell is handbuilt to order. Please allow the lead time noted on the product page (build times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with order volume).

Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is collected in full at checkout via Stripe.

Shipping, delivery, and pickup

Smaller pieces ship via standard carrier shipping. Larger furniture pieces are available for free local pickup or flat-rate delivery within 50 miles of Bucks County, PA, and are not shipped nationwide.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for changes or cancellations. Once a piece has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Returns and refunds

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change.
